Your Personal Trainer

Have you started an exercise program only to stop a month later? Not sure where to begin?

Our busy schedules and stressful lives combined with a barrage of health information from the internet can make it seem impossible to find a balance.

A former competitive figure skater and softball player, I found that adopting a healthy lifestyle including regular exercise and a diet full of fresh, non-processed foods helped me handle the physical and mental demands of my career in news photography. In 2005 I decided to leave the media business and focus on my passion-helping others find ways to make themselves healthier and fitter. Along the way I’ve learned that there’s no one size fits all approach to nutrition and exercise. We’re all unique, and what worked for one person may not work for another.

I am registered with the BCRPA, and received my Health and Fitness Certificate from SFU in 2009. I continue to learn as much as I can about fitness and health so I can pass on my knowledge to you. I am dedicated to helping you make positive lifestyle choices and discover what works for you. I strive to make your training experience challenging, effective and most importantly, fun!
